PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING ANY SOFTWARE PRODUCT CREATED BY, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, THE SECOND LIFE AVATAR PASO CLIP.

BY USING ANY PRODUCT TO WHICH THIS AGREEMENT APPLIES TO, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE OF THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT(S).

This agreement applies to any software, object, texture, script or any other virtual and or real product sold by the Second Life avatar Paso Clip and/or its real life owner. In addition this Software License Agreement applies to any of the above sold by any other Second Life avatar or real life person which was created by the Second Life avatar Paso Clip in whole or in part, specifically including but not limited to, "No Devil" (versions 3.0 and higher) and Solitaire (all versions).

Software, Product, and Game refers to any product matching the above descriptions.
Creator refers to the Second Life avatar "Paso Clip" and/or its real life owner.
Buyer refers to the person currently owning and/or using the product.

The Creator will make the best efforts to maintain a copy of this agreement on the website located at
http://mootowngames.com/solitaire/licensing.asp

This agreement may be modified at anytime without notice. Buyer remains bound by any new versions of this agreement.

User License Grant For Single Use Products (objects and other products sold as "no-copy")

Creator hereby grants to Buyer a non-exclusive, limited license to use the product. The Buyer may transfer the product to another user as long as the product was originally sold with "transfer" permissions. If the product takes a commission the Buyer agrees to notify the new owner of the commission prior to transfer. Once transferred this license is also transferred and the Buyer must discontinue use of the product. The Buyer will not attempt to modify the code of the product in anyway, including the addition of scripts to the product.

The Buyer will not remove references and credits to the Creator from any of the graphics or documents included with the product. The Buyer will not make changes to any help files, notecards or other text documents included with the product. The Creator does not and will not provide information on appropriate settings for the product. The Creator reserves the right to disable the product for any reason without refund. The Buyer agrees to respect this agreement and limit his/her use of the product to the terms in this document. The Creator reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. The Creator does not and cannot make any promise as to the profitability of any product. The product is used solely at the risk of the Buyer, the Creator will not refund money lost due to malfunction of a product.

User License Grant For Copy Products (objects and other products sold as "copy")

Creator hereby grants to Buyer a non-exclusive, limited license to use the product. The Buyer may NOT transfer the product to another user. The Buyer may use the product in one location only, except as expressly authorized by the Second Life avatar Paso Clip or its real life owner. The Buyer may not use this product with any profit sharing system or any system which allows its use by multiple people. This license is for the use of the product ONLY by the person who purchased it. This product may not be attached to any "Grid Wide" or other system that employs the use of a server outside of Second Life.

The Buyer will not remove references and credits to the Creator from any of the graphics or documents included with the product. Solitaire Copyable Provision

Buyer is allowed to use the Solitaire Commission Copyable version in more than one location.

If the game is non-commission the buyer must purchase a separate license for each region however may use any additional Solitaire addons (Solitaire Game Types) he/she may have purchased in any region in which licensed games compatible with the addon are used by the same owner.
